After Green Spencer impaled himself with his blade Dust to Dust, he was split into Red Spencer and Blue Spencer.
Blue Spencer is a good electric all rounder character. Her high hitstop and simple playstyle makes her easy to pick up and play for beginners.

Blue Spencer has access to the full Spenchic Series which makes her combos much less difficult than some other characters, and gives her freedom to pair with many other assists.
Good Assist
Blue Spencer's wallbounce assist is a very versatile assist allow you to tag out your opponent's character quite easily.
